I first started photographing this set of Eagles on Christmas Day 2009. I have photographed them building the nest, nesting and now photographing the eaglet that has hatched. This makes the third year I have witnessed this event for the last three years but was always to late getting any real good images. This year I have made up for lost time. The female is the same but it appears as though she has a new mate this year. I have no idea what may have happened to the previous one. Eagles mate for life unless the mate does not produce and she kicks him to the curb and seeks another.

This image was shot on February 3rd 2010. It was a beautiful day here in Florida.
This "One of a Kind" image is sold one time as an 11x14. The image is signed by me Deborah Kunzie, the photographer.
